A true vintage American made maple jumbo GUILD in good shape. Nice sunburst finish on arched back and sides. Has some dings and scuffs, pickguard has began to lift slightly. Frets have been filed and show no wear. Dean Markley pick-up is fixed under bridge. To my knowledge all is original on this guitar. The bridge in sound, no sign of lifting, and no much height left. Top is truly flat, no bellying or sinking.
The guitar had been set up for light gauge strings and low action before I purchased it, I put medium strings ( which I prefer ) but action remains too low to my taste and guitar should need a new set-up to improve sound. As I never got habit of playing on 1 11/16" nut, I decided to sell it as is.
Come with original arched case that shows scuffs but is still in good shape. Tarnished finish on latches that all work well.
