You are bidding on a beautiful all original 1970 Gibson J-40 - Made in USA, serial # 726952.
You can always tell a great guitar by the amount of wear it has. This little gem has been unconditionally loved and played for years, and has the wear to prove it! - a true sign of a players guitar. Its beautifully aged wood and smooth worn neck make for amazing resonance and great playability. She is showing some stable cracks (lengthwise beside the pickgaurd, top-left shoulder beside neck, and rear base of neck *see photos*), all of which have no effect over playability or structural integrity. Bridge and original tuners in great shape and work well. You don't have to be afraid to play this vintage Gibson. The more scuffs and scratches, the more love she returns! Just ask Willie Nelson!
