Vintage Acoustic Guitar

We are offering a vintage 1958 Gibson LG-2 3/4 scale guitar w/original case.  What a treat to play this little guy!.  The guitar is in good shape with the exception that we had a crack in the top professionally cleated (2 cleats).  There is another crack on the top behind the bridge that our luthier determined did not need any repair.  Also, new tuners were installed (originals turned to powder).  When we received the guitar it had nylon strings on it- very minimal fretwear.  There should be no other issues with this guitar for years to come.  The finish is in really good shape with minimal checking for a piece of this age.  The guitar has a solid spruce top and mahagony back and sides.  This is the ultimate living room/recliner guitar.  Has that good ol' small body Bluesy Gibson sound and stays in tune exceptionally well.  I took it home for an evening....  The case is in good shape with the original handle. 

A great guitar for any collector.
