Vintage Acoustic Guitar

This is a vintage 1970 Gibson SJ Deluxe with hard-shell case. This vintage case has a really neat plush gold interior!
 
Here is a nice vintage Gibson Southern Jumbo for your consideration. This guitar has recently had a professional neck set and setup and is ready for another 40+ years of playing enjoyment. There is a little sinking of the sound board on the treble side in the area of the pickguard. The fret board begins sinking after is reaches the top but is straight and true until the 14th fret. There is a very faint x-brace pattern on the top that I tried to enhance with lighting. I think this is cause be the darkening of the wood over time where the braces run under the top (see photos). It is not noticeable in person. I did not notice it until I put the guitar under the bright studio lights. The action is low with room at the saddle for adjustment even lower. I do not find any cracks of major injuries. There is a little chipping at the finish on the back of the heel. Overall, everything you could want from an old guitar that it looking for a new friend.
The 2012 Vintage Guitar Price Guide says $1700 to $2100 (pg. 140). I'm starting this off below that range! The photos tell the rest of the story.
