For sale is a beautiful 1961 Gibson LG-1 in fantastic condition. This guitar has been extremely well-cared for by a guitar lover in a smoke-free and temperature-controlled environment, and comes with the original faux alligator skin hard case. There are very few nicks on the body and neck, and none of them are more than just cosmetic. The tone is incredibly loud and clear for her compact size. The frets are worn, but are not in need of immediate replacement.
It was listed as a 1961 model in the guitar shop where I bought it a long time ago. The serial number is 85418, which according to online vintage Gibson acoustic guitar databases places it between model years 1961 and 1964.
